Wood veneer is a thin layer of real wood applied onto a substrate to create decorative surfaces. Through advanced processing and craftsmanship, veneers can achieve refined textures, consistent patterns, and high-performance surfaces for architecture and interiors. Such as composite veneer from ALPI.

ALPI
ALPI veneer is processed natural wood – poplar, basswood and ayous. The magic begins when the tree-trunks are peeled into a long ribbon. This is cut into sheets, which are then dyed, glued, stacked and pressed into a block that is essentially a new trunk. When sliced, the block will generate a pattern and colour that can be repeated over and over. The resulting veneer is used in a wide array of sectors (from automotive to shipbuilding and aviation) and for furniture, product design, interior decoration and architectural contracting services.
